Private Dinner for Zürich Tourism

An intimate private dinner for Zürich Tourism, hosted in the historic pavilion of Zurich’s Old Botanical Garden — a quiet, almost hidden setting in the heart of the city.

The evening was conceived as a celebration of Zurich, both the city and the surrounding region, exploring a softer and more unexpected side of the place we call home. Almost every ingredient was sourced from producers in and around Zurich, then developed into a menu created and cooked by Batter.

The table was kept light, romantic and slightly rustic, designed to feel natural within the character of the old pavilion. The kitchen setup followed the same approach, inspired by a simple farm-to-table aesthetic and bringing a sense of the countryside into the middle of the city.

A dinner created to show a different side of Zurich — beyond Paradeplatz and finance, and instead through local produce, craftsmanship, nature and the people behind it.
