Gelati in collaboration with Gelateria di Berna x Batter

In collaboration with Gelateria di Berna, we created the “Batter Sponge” Gelati for the Summer 2025 season. This gelato combines the delicious Fior di Latte ice cream from Gelateria di Berna with the signature flavor of Batter’s famous sponge cake, featuring pieces of cake, a raspberry compote, and a refreshing citrus finish.
