Food Design Table for Design Hotels Event, Zurich – April 28, 2026

For the Design Hotels event in Zurich, we created a refined food presentation concept centered around lightness, texture, and contemporary elegance.

Airy focaccia was prepared with three distinct toppings and carefully arranged on silver mini trays, creating a clean yet inviting visual rhythm across the table. The setup was complemented by soft linen elements, echoing the light, delicate structure of the focaccia and adding a sense of understated sophistication.

At the center, a floral arrangement brought depth and contrast to the composition: an abundant bouquet of fresh greenery, accented with subtle touches of color, styled in a modern ceramic vase with a gentle, romantic nuance.

The overall design balanced minimalism with warmth, resulting in a cohesive and elevated presentation that aligned seamlessly with the aesthetic of the location and event.
